This course is designed to prepare students for the North Carolina State Life and Health Insurance Agents Examination. The program will expire when the first of the following three events occurs:
- The student passes the prelicensing exams
- The student takes the prelicensing exams twice (pass or fail)
- 30 days after purchase.
This program requires Microsoft Windows Media Player, Microsoft Internet Explorer and Adobe Reader 5.0 or later (click here to get Adobe Reader). A broadband internet connection is required such as DSL or Cable.
This program will not work with Google Chrome and Mozilla FireFox. Some firewalls may prevent the streaming video from showing; students should find an alternate computer to use in this case. Companies such as Allstate, Nationwide and State Farm have such firewalls. However, many of these agents have completed the course online using their personal computers.
Course Video
This course includes about 20 hours of online video in a classroom setting, allowing you to replay the course content on demand. Macintosh users may view the videos but the program will not allow the online quizzes or prelicensing exam. Mac users should use a PC to take the quizzes and prelicensing exam.
Course Book
This course includes a 112 page book in PDF format that can be used with the course to assist in preparation for the prelicensing and state exams.
Course Prelicensing Exam
This course includes two online prelicensing exams which can be taken after completing the online course content. The student is required to obtain 75% as a passing score on both exams.
Certificate of Completion
This course includes two certificates of completion for students that pass the prelicensing exams. The certificates will be emailed the next business day after passing the final exams.
